Baby swimming with Water Babies is an exciting, enriching experience for both you and your little one. Not only does it teach vital life skills, but it also enhances the way babies and toddlers learn other skills, too. No one else reaches our high standards of professionalism, and no one else works harder to make sure you and your little one feel happy and safe. And we always incorporate lots of bonding, fun and socialising, so you can be sure that a Water Baby is a happy baby!

At InGear, we pride ourselves on high quality teaching and follow the Swim England “Learn to Swim” Programme which helps children develop the skills they need to become confident swimmers. We also focus on distance awards to increase strength and stamina.
Our teachers are in the pool with the children until Stage 4 (so no need for parents to get in the pool) with a maximum of 5 children per lesson. We keep our class sizes small to ensure complete engagement and help aid quicker progression.

Swimming with your baby is one of the most wonderful experiences you can share together. It offers your little one a unique sensory experience and helps them develop confidence in water that will last them a lifetime.
During our Baby & Pre-school programme, you will have time to really focus on your baby or young child one-to-one. It’s a great way to bond with and an enjoyable way for you both to relax together.
We have spent many years developing progressive lesson plans that help develop children into swimmers from an early age. Our approach to swimming ensures that your child’s needs are expertly fulfilled and will nurture their confidence in the water.
During Puddle Duck’s Baby & Pre-school programmes, our teachers adapt the activities to suit each child’s individual needs. Taught in lovely warm pools with a maximum of ten children, our classes incorporate rhyme, music and movement based on extensive child development research. We’ve even had professional musicians help to write our unique class songs.
YEADON: Baby & Pre-school swimming classes are held on Tuesday, Friday & Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons and must be pre-booked.
Swim Academy classes for children aged 4+ are held on Thursdays after school.
ILKLEY: Baby & Pre-school swimming classes are held on a Saturday afternoon and Sunday mornings and must be pre-booked.

Aqua Academy Aim to provide top quality private swimming lessons at our very own swimming pool New Laithe Farm Crosshills. Lessons are either 2-1 or 3-1. Children learn to swim safely and quickly as all of our swimming teachers are in the water.
