The Leeds Mumbler // LS-TEN skatepark takeover is THIS SUNDAY
This Sunday morning, for ONE DAY ONLY, Leeds Mumbler will be taking over LS-TEN and you are all invited to join us for an exciting morning of free/pay-as-you-feel activities!
There will be expert coach-led drop-in sessions running in rolling 20-minute slots throughout the morning. Kids can try out or improve their skills on scooters, BMX, skateboards and multi-sports. Creative crafts and fun science sessions, as well as toys, games and messy play will also be running all morning.
The café will be open throughout, for parents to relax and have a coffee. All families will receive a free goody bag containing a sticker, free pass voucher and a raffle ticket to win a free 1-2-1 coaching session.
Under new management and with a new mission keenly focused on supporting the local community, LS-TEN has taken over running the venue where The Works skate park used to be. This is a unique opportunity to meet the new LS-TEN team, try out all the activities on offer, explore the venue, and find out about new plans for the space, which include a new outdoor skate park.
Parents should arrive with their children and sign up in the café to their chosen group activities. You can turn up at any time during the morning and no pre-booking is required. However if sessions are busy, they will run on a first come, first served basis. If there is availability, you can sign up for as many sessions as you like – so turning up early will give you the best value visit!
Members of the LS-TEN team will be on hand to help visitors to navigate around the building and join in activities.
