The Cavewoman will be in caves teaching you all about the caves and their history throughout the holidays – as well as our wonderful Magician Rob.
The caves, UV tours, Time Cafe and Time Pod will be open as usual.
As well as our usual offerings, we also have some special events over half term:
Saturday 16th & Saturday 23rd of April
An exclusive 20 minute animal handling slot for you and your family with the excellent Harrogate Birds of Prey at Stump Cross Caverns
Family ticket: £10 for a 20 minute exclusive session
DANGER – FALLING OBJECTS!
Unlock the secrets of the formation of our Solar System over 4 billion years ago. How did the planets form and how did we get such a large moon! See and handle first-hand the 4 billion year old building blocks of our special place in the Universe.
A family friendly evening with Chris Higgins and Martin Whipp from The Lime Tree Observatory and Planetarium.
Ticket includes:
Curry, rice and naan bread – served at around 6.30pm after the cave tour – is optional and can be pre-ordered along with your ticket
Following the presentation, weather and time permitting, telescopes will be on hand for sky viewing.
We can’t wait to see you – there might be a few Easter treats for all our wonderful mini visitors (if we haven’t eaten them all by then!)
To avoid disappointment – we get SO busy in the holidays so please try to book online in advance!
