Mane Man Lion
All you need to make this CUTE Lion Print is:
Using the cardboard tubes, pinch 1 of them to create an oval shape for the tail.
Squirt the paint onto a flat plate.
Using a large beaker or similar let the child dip into the paint and press onto the card for the face.
Using one of the toilet roll tubes again dip into the paint and create multiple circles around the head to make the mane.
Using a small cardboard tube or circular lid dip into the paint and press to create the ears, popping a fingerprint in paint inside the ears.
Using the base of the beaker (so it is smaller than the face) dip in paint and press onto the card to create two paws.
Once dry simply draw a face onto the lion and some grass to create a lovely picture for Daddy.

I Love You to the Moon and Back print/card
To make this space design you will need:
Squirt some coloured paint onto a plate and dab the sponge into it.
Apply the paint to child’s foot with the sponge ensuring all is covered and gently press onto the card to create a footprint for the main part of the spaceship.
Ensuring the heel of the footprint is towards the top of the card, cut out 3 triangles from coloured card/paper and attach to the top and sides of the spaceship with glue.
Collage fire shapes at the base (toes end) of the footprint and add stars/aliens, pom poms etc to decorate.
Using white or silver write the caption so it stands out.

Daddy’s Little Monster and Daddy’s Little Monster Card
Another good use of recycling using empty egg cartons.
You will need:
For the monster: Using child-safe scissors (or you may need an adults help to cut around the egg box so you have 2 sections and a tall central section). Cut 2 pointed pieces for the teeth.
Paint the egg carton in lovely bright colours, contrast the colour for inside for the mouth, and the pointed teeth and the top pointed section paint white.
Allow to dry.
Once dry stick an eye or two on the head section.
Stick the 3 pieces together with glue.
Cut a piece of card/paper for the flag and glue to the cocktail stick allowing a small part of the flag to wrap around to secure.
Write Daddy’s Little Monster, push the flag into the top of the monster and it is complete.
For the card: Using some coloured card, fold it in half and draw around your little one’s hand, making sure their wrist is at the fold of the card.
Cut it out and add some googley eyes and some Monster features on the front.

Supersize medal
Using a paper plate, first, paint it yellow and leave to dry.
Cut out 2 ribbon shapes from any coloured card or paper and secure to the bottom of the plate.
Add a wool or ribbon hanger at the top of the plate.
Then decorate the platter however you like you can print out or write a message on, add glitter or stickers to add detail.
