Andy’s Man Club
Talking groups for men who have either been through a storm, are currently going through a storm or have a storm brewing in life. They provide nationwide mental health support talking groups every Monday from 7pm excluding bank holidays.
Mashwara Counselling
A completely confidential service for men of Asian, African and African-Caribbean origin, aged 13 and over. You can reach out to them on 01274 497535 and you can leave details of how you would like to be contacted. You can use the same number to access their helpline which is open Monday to Thursday 3pm until 8pm. You can also email them on info@mashwaracounselling.org.uk

Led by former Rugby League players, Offload is a free 8-week course of one-hour fixtures designed to equip men with the skills, tools and techniques needed to manage their own mental wellbeing.
It’s Worth Talking About
Men’s peer support group in Keighley Thornton, Wilsden, Bingley and Silsden. A safe, confidential space to come and talk about anything that is affecting your well-being, mental health or quality of life. We have MHFA & Peer Support trained facilitators at each group with safeguarding & signposting policies in place to help ensure that the best support is provided to everybody that attends.
