To celebrate 80 years of the Beano and 55 years of the first ever Beano (&Dandy) Summer Special we have a fantastic Comic Book Creators Workshop, where you can have a go at creating a crazy character of your very own. Your character will feature, with all the other workshop attendees’ creations, within a mini comic book anthology that will be sent to the Beano HQ at the end of the summer. We have 2D, 3D and Animation Workshops available for 7 to 14 yrs. Spaces are limited for these events. Please contact the library in advance for place availability. Booking essential and you will need to join the Mischief Makers Summer Reading Challenge before booking.
