New Parent and child cooking classes for preschool children ages 3-4
Come along and learn how to cook simple, tasty foods while having fun. You will also learn about foods in different cultures, how to make healthy food choices and also encourage fussy eaters to eat and try new things in our social, fun environment. We also play games and enjoy a tasting activity which gives children the opportunity to try new foods they wouldn’t normally try.
Bring your little ones to cook, make the mess and take home what they’ve created, without you having to deal with the mess and washing up afterwards! The cost of the class is inclusive of the ingredients, equipment, and resources. No need to bring anything, just yourselves ready for some fun.
Friday: Sessions take place every fortnight, 11 am at Horsforth Children’s Centre, Leeds.
June sessions are 10th June and 24th June. We will be holding sessions in the summer at other venues for toddlers and also for older children provided there is enough interest for the older age group.
The centre is a family-friendly venue with baby changing facilities, pram storage and level access. Classes start on Friday 10th June and every fortnight thereafter.
