Ilkley Town Council has funded a free play in the park scheme which is being organised and staffed by Bradford Council. The play scheme is taking place every Monday in the Riverside Gardens Park, Ilkley from 11am to 3pm on the following dates:
Monday 15 August
Monday 22 August
Wednesday 31 August
The sessions held so far have been very successful; they have attracted lots of participants and both children and their parents have had fun and enjoyed all the play opportunities.
Activities include bouncy castles, one for under 5’s and one for over 5’s, swing ball, rounders, mini football, and a mini golf putting green plus giant snakes and ladders and lots more.
So, if you want to have some fun with the kids this summer, bring them down to Ilkley park and enjoy the free play in the park scheme.
