The new multi-million dollar live-action/animated film Peter Rabbit film featuring James Corden is released on the 9th February but how well do you remember the Beatrix Potter Classics?
This February Half Term see this 1971 ballet film featuring Mr. Jeremy Fisher, Mrs. Tiggy-winkle, Jemima Puddle-duck, Squirrel Nutkin, Pigling Bland in “The Tales of Beatrix Potter”.
Five of the famed Victorian author’s most well-known stories – with guest appearances of characters from others are linked to present an enchanting story-line that will thrill adults and children alike.
All the delightful and famous Beatrix Potter characters come to life in this colourful and imaginative musical interpretation, choreographed by
Sir Frederick Ashton, composted and scored by John Lanchbery, and danced by members of the Royal Ballet.
Run Times 1 hour 20 minutes – no interval.
