Our Christmas festivities at Skipton Town Hall begin Sunday 25th November alongside the Santa Fun Run and Skipton Town Council’s High Street Christmas lights switch on.
Skipton Town Hall will become the base for the start and end of the Santa Fun run where the Rotary Club of Skipton hope that around 2000 Santas will complete the course around Skipton. Starting at 11.00am finishing around 12:15 pm, when the High Street entertainment will begin!

Skipton Christmas Lights Switch On
After the fun run, when the high street activities are in full swing come to visit the Hub for hot drinks of hot chocolate and mulled wine and maybe your first mince pie of the season! We will be holding a festive edition of our Make & Take craft sessions, suitable for ages 3+ and their families, free drop-in event from 3 pm – 5 pm.
After the light switch on at 5.30pm join us in Skipton Town Hall Concert Hall for a free festive carol singing concert with Skipton Brass. Join us under our own 10ft Christmas tree kindly donated by Keelham Farm shop to end a magical day. The Concert is an hour from 5.45pm.
