Join us for a day of festive fun at Cliffe Castle Museum and Park. Even the snowmen won’t believe their little coal eyes when they see the amount of winter wonders that we will have on offer for you!
Cliffe Castle Museum and Park will be decked with Christmas decorations and cheer and there will be fun and entertainment inside and out for all to enjoy! There will be a Christmas market in the park which will be surrounded by a flurry of snow, and Steeton Brass Band and Hurricane Blue Band will be getting us in the festive mood with some seasonal music, whilst inside the museum you will be able to try your hand at Christmassy craft and trail. We will be unveiling our new mascot the Dazzling Bracewell the Dragon who will explore the museum and park along with special guests including Frozen’s Elsa, and two Ice Queen stilt walkers.
We are also very excited to announce that Father Christmas and his reindeer will be joining us between 11.30 am – 1pm and 2 – 3.30pm. There will be a charge of £4 per child to see Father Christmas in the magical setting of Cliffe Castle’s Grand Drawing room where you will be able to take your own photographs and each child will receive a special present.
