Scarecrow hunt – Sat 25th Sept 2021
11:00 am-13:00 pm – Registration: You can buy sheets for the hunt from 11 am in the KS1 playground by the playing fields. Each sheet is £5 (cash only), with an opportunity to buy cold/hot drinks, snacks and other tuck shop items.
12:30 pm – 15:00pm – Socialising: Following the hunt, there will be an opportunity for us to have an informal social gathering in the KS1 playground by the playing field.
We will have a limited number of stalls including:
Second-hand uniform shop
Many items of brand new, nearly new and pre-loved uniform to buy.
Food stall
We will have a selection of food including hotdogs, burgers and veggie burgers. (Unfortunately, we cannot cater for food allergies)
Drinks and tuck shop stall
There will be a selection of drinks for the kids and a limited number of alcoholic beverages for the parents. There will also be an opportunity to buy a selection of sweets and other baked treats.
All stalls will be cash-only, with all proceeds going towards our ongoing Great outdoors project. Please remember to bring cash and plenty of change as we will also be holding a small raffle and a guess the sweets in the jar competition.
Feel free to bring your picnic blankets, footballs and let’s enjoy the day together.
