Bradford Industrial Museum Christmas Crocus Day – free family fun event

December 5, 2021

SUN 5 DEC 2021

Free entry for all ages.

The volunteer Industrial Museum Gardeners will be helping you to plant a Crocus bulb in your own little Christmas decorated pot!
We would like as many members of the community to get involved and children in particular are invited to plant a Crocus and take it home.

Donations to cover the cost of the bulbs and pots would be welcome on the day. Pay as you feel.

Bradford & District Guild of Handweavers, Spinners and Dyers will be demonstrating and selling handmade items.

Flower themed facepaint by Fairies Wardrobe will be on hand alongside a Magical Christmas Grotto. Make sure you have your photo taken with the flower princess and receive a little present!

All finished off with cake at the Eccleshill Village Steering Group’s Bring and Bake cake stall!

Visit the Blacksmith in his forge, the volunteer printers in the letterpress print gallery and Mrs Moore, wife of the mill owner (played by visiteer Sheila Lansdell, actor) will show you around her beautiful Mill Manager’s House.

All children to be accompanied by an adult.
