Go Ape’s first high-ropes experience in West Yorkshire, set within 1500 acres of parkland, the aerial adventures at Temple Newsam can be found in the heart of Menagerie Wood Featuring challenging obstacles as increasing heights, a free-fall Tarzan Swing, four tree-to-tree zips and a 46ft sheer drop called The Plummet. It is a vertical drop experience that will leave you feeling seriously exposed. It’s a true leap of faith! The different adventures include:
Treetop Adventure – Elevate your experiences to new heights with Temple Newsam’s Tree Top Adventure. There’s no minimum age limit with this high ropes course so with a buildable feature that allows you to custom-make your experience, there’s something for groups of friends and families alike (as long as you’re over 1m tall).
Treetop Adventure + – This course is designed for both budding adventurers looking to challenge themselves and adult first-timers. If you’re over 1.2m tall and up for tackling an ambitious circuit with complete security – the dizzying high ropes will give you the adrenaline rush you’re after!
Treetop Challenge – Are you unwilling to compromise on the ultimate experience? Then this feat of endurance and skill is perfect if you’re brave enough and tall enough (minimum 1.4m). With 15-metre-high platforms, you’ll need to engage both your mind and body as you scale the tree to tree crossings that make up this high ropes course.
Participation and supervision ratios apply – see goape.co.uk for more details.
