Back for 2019 – Pumpkin Picking* in the pumpkin patch!
Find your way to Thornton Hall’s mysterious Pumpkin Patch (*) where you can pick your pumpkin and take it back to the Farm to carve – to scare away those ghouls and ghosts this Halloween!
There is a jam-packed itinerary of entertainment and special guests each week-day this October Half Term including Critters and character appearances.
Normal admission applies, * Additional charge for pumpkin picking (£3.50)

Halloween is a fun week at the farm park from pumpkin carving to Halloween quizzes.
Staff are always really excited about dressing up and transforming one of the animal barns into a Halloween grotto which becomes full of spooks and groans, it is great fun carving your pumpkin and there is always a friendly witch around to lend a hand.

Pumpkin Picking at the Horsforth Pick Your Own
Choose your own pumpkin from 1000’s available on the pick your own site in Horsforth. There will also be the opportunity to carve your pumpkin onsite or take it home with you. Face painting will also be available.

Birchfield Pumpkin Festival, Harrogate
Head down to the farm and pick your perfect pumpkin from the patch, there are 1000s to choose from! Then head to the carving shed where you can get creative and design a spooky face.
Other activities include – Ride the ‘Grain Train’ through the corn maze and see what’s hiding, Corn Cannon, Pig Racing and the pumpkin express.
Open 5th – 31st October for pumpkin picking, 10 am-4 pm.
Head to the pumpkin patch & choose your pumpkin! Take it to the carving shed where staff will be on hand to cut the lids off, then let your imagination go wild.

There is no entrance fee, only pay for the pumpkins you pick! Other activities are optional & cost between £1 and £2 .
There will be a rainbow of pumpkins to pick, carve and eat! The ‘Not So Wicked Witch’ is back and storytelling throughout the day with her fellow witches, and this year the Pumpkin Princess will be waiting to meet children. Other activities include The Tractor Barrel ride, Corn Cannon and Tea Cups!
