The course aims to get men fitter, healthier and stronger by coming together weekly with Rhinos Foundation health staff who educate about solid nutrition as well as providing support and guidance around being regularly physically active.
Age 18+, no matter of BMI, fitness level, injury or medical ailment – all can be worked with to get you fitter and healthier with the view of long-term weight loss.
No painful gym sessions, diets or gimmicks just advice, guidance and support for FREE (funded through Leeds city council)!
