We currently have an exciting opportunity for a customer focussed individual to provide technical support to both internal and external customers. Dealing with queries from users, you will act as the first point of contact, assisting with our software, resolving issues where possible and escalating them if necessary.
You will also be responsible for system testing, identifying faults and bugs and informing the Developers in a timely manner to ensure they are resolved as quickly as possible. You will be required to provide first class customer service across the business.
Our ideal candidate will be confident when communicating at all levels and will ideally have some experience of providing IT support within a busy environment. Highly organised, you will be capable of planning and prioritising your workload and you will understand the importance of rectifying problems as quickly as possible. You must be able to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion, keeping users informed of progress and setting appropriate timescales to work towards. You should have a good level of general education (GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths).
