Some kids want to kick a ball around all day long, whilst others need dragging away from addictive screen time. As we all meet the many additional challenges in having children at home, it can be easy to lose track of time. This might mean kids are spending longer than we might like making unhealthy choices.
In the absence of competitive sports, this might be as simple as creating the right framework at home. It doesn’t have to be too prescriptive, but here are some ideas.
Join in! Create a course which is challenging for you all. The video shows how a simple course provides a fantastic workout for adults and kids.
It is very healthy also for children to see how you take care of yourself. Let them join in a Zoom workout and see what’s out there. There are some fantastic free or low cost classes out there and its a great opportunity for families to try something new and exercise together.
