Going crazy? Trying things you never thought you would?
A whole new set of conversations and activities are taking place in our house.
Mum do you want to do this Tik Tok with me? Can you put your t-shirt on whilst doing a handstand, can you dance like this?
Before lockdown I would have heard blah blah blah, is that even a real thing?
This week is a more alternative look at fitness, sweeping through some of the themes out there. I for sure am giving them all a go!
I think the point really is to create a challenge that brings people together. Choose something – then send the challenge over the fence to a neighbour, online to family and friends then have fun competing to get there. This week, there has been a Sally Up/Sally Down press up challenge started by my brother (remember that one to the song Flower by Moby). 1-3 minutes of press-ups twice a day makes a difference over a couple of weeks.
