THOR’S tipi bar brings an original Viking inspired Christmas experience to Victoria Gardens.
With two giant Scandinavian tipis to call home, THOR’S striking exterior and beautiful twinkling winter garden is the perfect place to celebrate Christmas with family and friends. Once inside, you’ll be transported to a Scandinavian-style Christmas, with a roaring log fire, faux furs & cosy snug seating. Inspired by the Sami people of Lapland, our giant Tipi’s alone create a beautiful, show-stopping venue to enjoy Christmas. The experience is other worldly, adorned with festive greenery & dressed with Viking inspired elements, whilst still being warm, cosy and inviting!
Fuel yourself fit for battle on wholesome Winter fodder cooked straight from the roaring fire, washed down with the best craft ales, mulled wine, indulgent hot chocolate, Prosecco and more. Whatever the weather outside, you can rest assured that the temperature inside will be suitably snuggly and filled with festive cheer!
There’ll be ambient music playing throughout the Tipi’s and The Little Vikings Club will see a welcome return to the tipi every Sunday from 11am til 12pm. Bring your little warriors along for a free hot chocolate and let them colour a Viking mask as you chill out round the fire with the Sunday papers. You are also invited to book the space for Corporate Christmas parties, or simply evenings spent celebrating with family and friends. We offer plenty of choice for all ages and we really do welcome every group type and size, with a maximum capacity of 180.
