Come and join us in this wonderful walk that visits all the locations of the classic E.Nesbit story The Railway Children.
Choose the 6 or 2.5-mile circular walk, starting and finishing in Haworth Park.
We are raising funds for charities Children’s Literature Festivals and Childline and suggest a donation of £5.00 per family. Or raise funds for a charity of your own choice.
We will be meeting at the Bandstand in Haworth park at 10.30 am for registration. We have a limited number of signed copies of The Railway Children storybook. The Children’s Literature Festival patron Actress Jenny Agutter OBE will be signing copies for us. If you donate to our cause and complete the walk we will gift one book per group/family on completion.
Meet back in Haworth Park for your certificate.
