West Yorkshire Brass is a brass band, formed in 1986. Prior to this a number of its members were playing with the West Yorkshire Fire Service Band. However, when that band converted from a brass band to a military band many of the brass players found themselves without a band. As a result those brass players got together and formed a new band ~ West Yorkshire Brass.
