> I do appreciate we are all a bit ‘zoomed out’ these days! I also fully understand that in normal circumstances, we get more from baby classes than just learning a new skill or stimulating our little one.

> As well as being introduced to the benefits of baby massage, I promise to make our classes as interactive as possible.

> My passion is about mummy emotional wellbeing. I love teaching massage and it’s incredible to watch the wonderful bonding and soothing experience it can create, but I’m also all about supporting Mum and helping you relax and create balance.

> All too often (not to mention in these crazy times), we focus so much on our little people that we forget our own basic needs… Adult human interaction, a village of like-minded women supporting us in raising our tribe and of course, a jolly good chin wag and a natter!!

> Join us tomorrow to be introduced to massaging your baby at home, experience our style of class, meet other mums and consider the benefits of looking after yourself as well as your baba.
