In connection to our exhibition Keighley’s War, we ask you to join us on Tuesday 23 October to make a poppy.
For inspiration, you can visit the Poppy Field of Remembrance in the Bracewell Smith Hall. This poppy field was made to commemorate the Bradford Pals and other soldiers from the district who lost their lives in the First World War. With help from Naomi Parker, the poppies were made by nine different community groups of older people from across the Bradford district.
