Gung Hay Fat Choy! Join us online as Leeds City Museum host a fun-filled February half term to celebrate Chinese New Year. Chinese New Year falls on the 12th February and is the festival that celebrates the beginning of a new year on the traditional Chinese calendar. This year is the year of the Ox!
Chinese New Year is a week long festival so we are celebrating with a week of activities themed around the holiday. We hope to see you at our live events and have plenty of activities for you to get stuck in at home!
Head across to our facebook page to join in the activities as we share them, we’ll also pop them all onto our online activities page so you can come back to them whenever you like.
Please remember that the Museum is currently closed and all activities are virtual.
