We are delighted to be able to re-open Harewood’s Grounds, Gardens and Bird Garden, and to be able to give our Members two days of exclusive access (25th & 26th June), and a week of priority booking. From Thursday 25 June, Members will enjoy two days of Member-only access, and then priority access for the first week of opening. General public tickets will be available, but are limited until Monday 6 July.
Harewood’s Grounds, Gardens and Bird Garden will officially reopen to the general public on Monday 6 July.
The long awaited reopening of the gates gives you access to over 120 acres of Gardens, Lakeside Walks, the Harewood Bird Garden and open spaces to enjoy. We have been working hard behind-the-scenes to carefully plan and re-shape your visit to Harewood.
Your safety and welfare, and that of our staff and volunteers, is paramount, and as such you will need to pre-book your visit with us for everyone visiting (including under 5s)
After the initial Members-only period, slots will be released every Thursday evening for the following week until guidance around capacity and social distancing alters.
The Courtyard Café will be open with a take away service from inside the Courtyard.
All the toilets in the Grounds and Gardens will be open with a queuing capacity in place. There are also additional hand washing facilities around key areas of the site, and hand sanitisation stations at regular intervals around the site. We would still advise visitors to bring some alco-gel with them.
