We were first introduced to baby massage when our little boy was 5 weeks old. I was astounded by the benefits of baby massage, and how wonderfully rewarding the experience was.
After attending baby massage classes I began teaching my husband, Colin, the routines I had learned – he loved that they gave him and Cameron precious father-son bonding time! Colin worked, so was unable to come to class with us, and we soon realised that he wasn’t alone in missing out. We met other parents who hadn’t had this opportunity because classes were too expensive or are held at inconvenient times and locations, or they simply didn’t feel comfortable attending. Also, despite attending a course myself, I still didn’t feel confident in massaging Cameron and so would have liked something to follow after my course had finished.
This sparked an idea.
We dreamed of sharing our new-found passion with other parents and wanted to offer a baby massage course that was more accessible to all.
And so, Bambino&i was born!
We put together an online baby massage course which is instructed by an expert with over 24 years of experience of teaching parents and healthcare professionals. Our course has been developed to make you feel like you are attending a class. Here you will learn all about baby massage and learn routines and massage techniques for baby’s whole body. Once both you and baby are familiar with the massage, you can then follow our shorter videos which take you through routines for bedtime, relaxation, playtime and routines to help ease common ailments such as sticky-eye, colic, gas, constipation and teething pains. The beauty of our online course is that not only can you do it at a time and place convenient for both you and your baby, but you can watch the videos as many times as you want, ensuring that you get the most out of the baby massage. It also means that Dads can learn this wonderful skill and help them to bond with baby.
